What information do I collect about you?
I collect your EMAIL information when you book a consultation appointment/call. I also collect the information you fill in when you voluntarily complete registration for a workshop/course. I collect the information you provide me when you sign-up or when you join one of my courses/workshops.
If you are a client, and in order to invoice you, I ask for your name/company name, post address.
Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will I use the information about you?
I collect information about you to process your request to register for a call, manage your course registration, and if you have agreed, to email you any information about my services. I use your information collected from my website to personalise your repeat visits to my website. I will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside this website.
How long do I keep your personal information?
Your email is stored in my personal and cloud database list and will stay there for a period after the service I provided to you is concluded. If you stop receiving my services registration and/or payment information is archived only for administration and tax purposes. Your payment information is kept for a period of 7 years only for administration, invoicing, and tax purposes.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that I keep about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email me at: sofia@newstardom.com. I want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
